I hired attorney Howard for what was supposed to be a simple uncontested divorce. It quickly turned ugly due to my ex hiring a bull dog attorney that kept filing motion after motions. Dan then walked me through the emotional, long process of our contested divorce. I paid a flat fee and he fought just as hard as my ex’s attorney who billed my ex an outrageous hourly rate. Dan’s quality of work and commitment to my case did not waiver with a flat fee. He was excellent in communicating, and fighting for my rights. Divorce sucks but I am thankful I hired an honest and ethical attorney who stood by my side. I could not be happier with my final order.
